Hello!
I'm your host of Dinner in Parker Ford, Brittany. I was born and raised in Pennsylvania and it's my home sweet home forever. I'm serving up breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and tons of snacks in a 100-year old house for my husband and our little boy. I cook on a gas stove, stash foods in my basement chest freezer, and wash all my dishes by hand. We try to eat lots of fruits and veggies - and even grow some of our own! - but we don't buy organic. We love pasta, Tex-Mex, and chicken meals, but we're also not ashamed of keeping Lucky Charms, ice cream, and soft pretzels stocked. We also like home-popped popcorn, mint tea made with our Mr Coffee Iced Tea Maker, Bisquick pancakes, hot coffee, and broccoli quiche. I try to photograph my food when I can, so you know what you're getting into when you pick a recipe, but I'm not a photographer so I don't always include pictures.
Pull up a chair and dig in!
